Helpful Tips for Your Session
For your private in-person sessions, just bring yourself and maybe a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing without any metal accessories like belt buckles, and consider removing jewelry to ensure a comfortable and effective session. A comfortable laying cushion will be provided for you- no need to bring a yoga mat unless that is your preference.
For your group sessions, follow the tips above and also bring a yoga mat. Root Yoga Studio provides blankets, bolsters, and supports to help create a relaxing space.
Please note that a parent or caregiver must be present for children’s sessions.
